[Didjeridu] long time members

I remember getting really excited when Peter first posted the idea of the
Joshua Tree Didjeridu Festival and getting my father to come with me... showing
up in the windstorm in a dirt parking lot next to a chain link fence.  Things
have changed!  

I got on the list a couple years before Allan Shockley's last February Tuscon
party. Dave Crowder was still a didj player back then, Chad Butler had not made
a didjeridu yet, Guy was a regular poster...

Chad Butler and I decided to drive down from Portland for that last big bash in
Arizona and it was well worth it.  We made the drive in an old diesel VW Rabbit
he had just bought from some guy for $800 a few days earlier, I remember it
cost only $80 of diesel to do round trip from Portland to Tuscon.  

Ahh, and Dave's 2 years of Summer Solstice gatherings in Boulder - great times
for sure.

What other favorite memories are out there?
