Greetings all,
I've been talking with a local (Minneapolis) gallery owner about the
idea of a Didgeridoo as Art gallery show. The idea grew from a "chance"
meeting at which he saw, heard, and marveled at my Geoff Frost gourd
didg, as I was playing and trying out spaces at the U of MN.
We'd be interested in instruments that are visually interesting as well
as playable. Any materials are ok, from trad to agave to beer cans...
The idea is embryonic but would likely include performances, maybe
travel if it's well received, and could lead to some good promo for the
crafters involved. Any interested crafters should contact me asap.
All the best,
Steve Sklar
