I use a tazer....if they walk away without tipping....zap....when they  come 
to, they always leave a generous tip before walking away again....;-)  ("don't 
taze me bro!!")
 
but seriously, I'm gonna be posting some video before too long, mostly of  
the kids that stop by to listen & dance....there will be some shots that  show 
what our "hat" looks like.....
