Well, I'll be contacting them within the next few days regarding the show I 
mentioned. I'll let you guys know what they say.

They're a group of (currently 7) white rappers from different areas of the 
country (Cincinnati, Maine, etc) who moved to the east bay and formed a 
collective. After the whole collective started getting success, fame, and 
critical acclaim (particularly Clouddead), the whole collective started 
putting out new cd's like mad, as well as everything they ever recorded 
before they were famous. (I'm probably the only person who will say so, but 
some of those early recordings aren't particularly dazzling. Instead they 
water down the "good stuff".)

Anticon cd's I'd suggest are:
Clouddead "Clouddead"
Themselves "The No Music"
Deep Puddle Dynamics "Taste of Rain...Why Kneel"
Odd Nosdam "No more wig for Ohio" (instrumentals)
...and I'm keeping my eyes peeled for an upcoming Why? cd.


While we're on the subject, I'd also highly suggest these non-anticon rap 
cd's that also happen to be highly amazing:
Soul Junk "1957"
Cannibal Ox "The Cold Vein"
El-P "Fantastic Damage"
Genius/Gza "Liquid Swords"
Quasimoto "The Unseen"

Ernesto's new self titled cd, while not rap, is also quite amazing. Those of 
you who don't already have it should check it out.
