3 Bedroom flats in that haight are now about
$3000-$4000 a month. 3 bedroom flat in bayview/hunters
point is about $2000. times they are a-changin.....

you can find one in Oaktown for probably half that,
but htat requires a car, which we aren't finding a way
to afford at the moment....
