I don't think so - for me, your choice to add reverb was an acoustic
solution to a sonic "problem" - if someone had an amp and did the same
to "enhance" their guitar sound, for example, no one (probably no one)
would complain about that, right?
It just seems like another way of "playing the room" - you dialed a
sound in using reverb in such a way as to make the music sound good in
the space...
Sorry I didn't make - flight returned late from Portland - I wasn't in
shape to make in time.

wondering if anyone noticed the fake reverb we put on the feldman and
nono
pieces the other night @ ODC -- and if so thought it was cheezy and/or
offensive. the acoustics are so dry at ODC we are desperate enough to
start trying things like this.
anybody have any feeling about doing this in general? is it "cheating"?
