"The Falls" is probably his best film - probably the most experimental in
terms of narrative. It influenced me a good deal.

Zed and Two Noughts has impressive footage of decaying animal corpses.

I think it's a good thing that Greenaway is currently focused on doing opera
stuff and installation work, as his films in the past decade pretty much
reiterated the same things he's done previously and have grown more
heavy-handed and didactic and misogynistic, though perhaps that's a selling
point for some people.

finally out on DVD (available on netflix if you fly that way.)  Highly
recommended.
