maybe too IAJE for your taste, but HS pedagogy is so
stultified....anyone getting HS kids even a little
exposure to different way of organizing and thinking
about sound is to be commended, and commended again
for putting it on TV.  me, i wrote the guy an email
offering my approval.
  i hope it is not a little known secret that HS kids
are the perfect cohort for exposure to all kinds of
cool guerrilla shit under the guise of "band" or "jazz
ensemble"......

y'all talk about building audience (and personnel
pool)---HS teaching may be potentially fertile soil
for "outreach".
