haunt you.

For Gino, I think it makes perfect sense to list his
"instrument" the way he does.

Sometimes people come up with clever ways to list
their instrument and you think they are just being
cute.  

Other times, people list their instrument
traditionally and it makes no sense.  Like Franz
Hautzinger, who lists his instrument as "quarter-tone
trumpet" which I always find amusing since he is never
playing distinct tones anyway (quarter-tone or
otherwise).  I think he should list his instrument as
"air amplified through brass tube and microphone".  At
the very least he should list the "Microphone" part
since that is essential to his sound.  On the recent
release ASO, Ami Yoshide lists her instrument as
"Voice and Microphone" which I think makes a lot of
sense.

Anyway, who cares really? But sometimes it takes new
terminiology to get people to start getting people
thinking in a fresh way in order to address/perceive
fresh ideas.
