God, that sucks!!!

I guess it is just that time when the innovators from
the 60's/70's are reaching the age when folks start
dropping off...but still...67 is too young to go.

I'm glad I was able to see him live a couple times,
and talk to him (a really nice guy).  And great
player.  One of the best Trombonists ever.
