well me too. but. (ok i'm going to say it) i am finding more and more the 
one-nighters are CONSERVATIVE musically -- too much "small talk"(**) 
playing -- i'll try to hold off of sexual metaphors but we all know long-standing 
relationships can get really fucked up where as flings are just about 
fulfilling basic needs and desires..

(**) it occurs to me there might be a correlation between 
chit-chat-socializing at shows and "promiscuous improv"?? (i'll have 
to do some more observation before formulating the theory...)
