[NewMusic] Bay Area New Music on Wikevent

If another, freely editable, events service is of interest to the 
community, I'm sure that we can build and host this under the auspices 
of the mills music server.

Thoughts from anyone involved with the already established events 
listing publications?

Are there any shortcomings that we could address by building a new 
service?  RSS feeds and such seem key.
