i agree.. although i imagine that lots of sexist things have been said by
lots of men who had lots of genuine affection (of one kind of another) for
women.

for me marco eneidi's character as a human being isn't in question, and
neither is lester young's. i respect both of their musics, their
backgrounds, the NYC free jazz scene, the early jazz scene that Young was
in, and their right to speak their minds etc..

my only point was that i, speaking my mind, don't want to feel like i am
walking into a frathouse when i open an e-mail from banewmus. especially
when it's an e-mail with otherwise interesting info about what seems like
a really cool record. i suspect that there are a bunch of other people on
this list--women and men--who feel the same way, just as they wouldn't want
to read racial slurs on here.. ok....
