[NewMusic] Help with Easy-to-Use Sequencers

Hi everyone,

I earn money teaching piano.  Some of my beginning piano students wish 
to play duets with themselves, so I assume that they would need for a 
very easy-to-use sequencer, preferably which is public domain or 
shareware, and preferably on Windows.  Might be nice if it also did 
rudimentary music notation, but this is not mandatory.  All I own is 
very complicated, expensive programs, such as Sibelius and Finale.

Any suggestions?  Or should I send them to the Guitar Center?  Thanks.
