[NewMusic] Help with Easy-to-Use Sequencers

They could get finale notepad, it is free
http://www.finalemusic.com/notepad/, I think that you could even write the
midi parts and they could just play them back at different speeds. Either
that or record the part with a few  counts of lead in and use
http://mixxx.sourceforge.net/ to change the playback speed
