[NewMusic] acoustic vs. electronic

It's true. Note that I didn't say "were a fetish item" I said "are
becoming". Which is true. They are terribly inconvenient. They take up
a lot of room, and are completely un-mutable. As soon as there is a
cheap hand held storage device that has the legibility of paper and can
hold lots of information, the book will be obsolete.

Another note: Just because you are familiar with, or even enjoy using,
a technology; or even if it has some advantages over the current
iteration, does not mean that the old technology is not heading toward
obsolescence. There hasn't been a single technology in the history of
the world that this has not happened to, its pretty silly to think that
the current generation of technologies will be any different just
because we happen to not have the perspective of time frame to see them
progress.
