yeah, i have a mortar and pestle and i also have some
very powerful engines running my blenders, juicers and
mixers. Both have a place on my stage or kitchen!

Food and music are very analagous. Study the
traditions in depth and then go forward.

i am glad we have acostic and electronic instruments,
mortar and pestles and my vitamix blender :)
