Oh yeah.  We had that one on the box at our house night before last. 
It's "The Most Unwanted Song"  on Kumar & Melamid + Dave Soldier: People's 
Choice Music.  Conceptual artists Kumar & Melamid did a public opinion 
survey, discovered the characteristics most & least desired in songs & 
commissioned Dave Soldier to write the Most Wanted and Most Unwanted 
Songs, with a "statistical guarantee" that 75% of the population would 
like the former and "fewer than 200 people in the world" would like the 
latter.  Two of those 200 live at my house, and I'd wager that a third of 
them subscribe to this list.
