Yeah, I especially dig Willow Weep for Me.

Well, Harmonic Experience is really the best book on harmony that I 
know of. . . but perhaps you know that? You have to deal with a certain 
amount of New-Agey-ness, but the theory is "the shit;"   Puts the 
connections between Just Intonation and Equal Temperament in clear, 
accurate language. From there, Tenny, Partch, Lehrrdahl, etc. all 
become really clear. It also unintentionally debunks Shoenberg's "Chart 
of the Regions" (which was a great idea, but pretty arbitrary.)  The 
Listening Book is good for beginners and people who have never thought 
about sound or need to be liberated or something, and The Musical Life 
is okay, but I've heard some complain about its tone. . . I read it a 
long time ago.
