[NewMusic] something completely different: SNOCAP

IODA provides content to SNOCAP. I got my SNOCAP window when Edgetone
Records signed on to IODA. CDbaby may do the same. I'm not sure.

If you don't know where to start on resolving this, I'd suggest
finding the website/record label of the other "Splatter" band and let
them know what's happening. Then perhaps the label will know which
channels to go through to resolve.
