I saw him both  at Mills and Stanford. It was pretty much the best 
thing I can remember seeing.  He dedicated the first night to Cathy 
Berberian and did a lot of pieces associated with her including the 
Sequenza plus  Scelsi and Bussotti bass voice pieces. It was great. the 
next night he did this Kagel piece:
