It actually *is* becoming a parking lot and locker area for three- 
wheeled parking enforcement vehicles and their drivers. Too bad.

Are you sure about that?
This guy had just repainted the inside of the old TUVA space, and was
priming the outside and said he was going to open a new shop there.
Several "improvements" had been made around the doorway, etc.

Maybe the empty lot is going to become a parking lot...that was supposed
to be the site for the new building though.
