also derk has a radio show on kpfa that apparently has live
performances...? i
only know this 'cuiz i'm scheduled to play one promoting my bandmate
victor
krummenacher's new cd on thursday the 29th of march, like
10pm..(sausage)
victor's cd is fairly conventional, but while i'm there i could ask if
derk is
into having other types of things play..

 PG:
I've played on Derk's show many times - (trio with Trevor Dunn & Elliot
Kavee, duo with Joelle, Lost Trio, solo, etc.). He's into it. The only
rub with that is he depends on a volunteer tech crew to hook up the mics
and cables, etc. They record the session as well, and are supposed to
give you a disc of your performance. The engineer lost the duo recording
Joelle and I did - which was a drag, it was a good set and we were
hoping to use it...

My point is: ask him! - if he can get his crew in there he'll more than
likely say yes.
