i seem to remember him saying ( on this list? ) that, at least
originally, he wasn't into the music and was assigned the "beat" because
no one else wanted it. that's not to say he has been unsupportive or
has written pejorative articles or something... but he certainly is not a
fan on the level of Jacob F.H. going to 10 shows a week.
