[NewMusic] eco-packaging?

Hey all,

A question to all the avid, do-it-yourself record-y label types out
there:

Does anyone know where one can find any recycled or eco-friendly cd
sleeves or other sorts of packaging? Every place I look seems to offer
recycled packaging as part of a duplication service but I can't seem to
find any raw, blank sleeves or cases anywhere... think the inside
sleeve of Carla Bozulich's Evangelista, but in bulk-ish quantity and
silkscreened in a somewhat eco-friendlyish way... Thoughts, anyone?
