I encourage you all to check out Climate Theater's
Tuesday night Music Box. It's a great set-up, close
to the bridge, with easy parking. Nice stage with
PA and theatrical lighting, cabaret seating, and
liquid refreshment (video projection available, too).

Last night, Duo B (Lisa & Jason) and the Hanes/
Schott duo put on a sterling show. They also did
a few numbers as a quartet, specially prepared
for this show, augmented with Levis on full
marimba for a few...totally great. Friends, it doesn't
get any better than this - preparation, musicianship,
presentation. Glad to have seen 2 familiar faces, but
I think they need a bit more turnout to inspire them to
keep the series going. Hope they can stick it out,
because this should be an SF institution.

They've just added a Thursday 12/13 Eugene
Chadbourne/Kevyn Blechdom show.

Dear New Music Community,

I'm very proud to announce a new music series at the
Climate Theater in San Francisco. Our first night is
in two weeks and then continues every Tuesday evening
(major holidays excluded). I'll only be posting shows
that are relevant to this list, but if you would like
to be on the mailing list for all future shows, please
email me at zjaffee at yahoo.com.

Best,
Zac Jaffee

The Climate Music Box is a new music series for
audiences who like to listen. Murmuring electronics to
blaring saxophones, local and international artists,
experimental, jazz, folk forms, and just good old
noise in the intimate setting of the Climate Theater.
