I am not seeing a big reason to pursue playing there, when our  
regular options are all better deals.
The "Theatre setting" is nice, but I am not going to demand local  
venues provide me with a guaranty, I am also not into offering them one.
I also don't mind playing for little or no money, but I am not at all  
into being screwed out of the little money I can bring in.
