Nice Ideas, but I just can't get behind giving the space a guaranty  
AND a split. Renting a venue is a better deal.
I appreciate Zac's effort, but I don't think it is something we need  
to do at this point and maintain some dignity.  We get so used to not  
making artistic demands it can move into degrading ourselves if we  
are not careful.
It would be another story if we were hurting for a venue.
