That's what concerns me. I get the events list in digest mode, and the
longer the posts, esp. with the schedule appendage, the less likely I'm
going to scroll down to events that are below it.  Of course, there are
plenty of events posts that are quite long that "follow the rules" that
provoke scroll fatigue.

Yeah, but whether or not you receive the events or digest form, there is
a "headline" at the top that says what shows will be discussed (in more
detail) below. So when I look at those, I start by seeing the headline
and then scrolling down to the shows that interest me...which is usually
all of them.
