My impression was that some clever video editor cut up some Clapton
footage to fit with some really bad improv. Pretty funny.

The sax in Taxi Driver is easily the worst part of the movie.

I was convinced Gene Hackman's character (rather than Gene Hackman the
actor) was supposed to be miming his sax part along with a recording
until the very end of the movie. Whoops.

David Lynch covered up Bull Pullman's miming with strobe lighting in
Lost Highway.

So often used for evil.
