There's a space available in my building for someone who's looking 
for something right now.  It's an expensive "move-in" fee ($18000) 
but the monthly rent is only $550.  It's 635 sq ft.  If you are 
interested, there's an open house on Thurs Sept 20 from 6pm-7:30pm so 
you can see it.
