Ooh - that's very tempting. It was blissfully close to Theatre Artaud.
If time were running in reverse I could probably afford the move-in
fee after a few years.

But the Whole Foods down the street from me is almost finished, so I'm
going to continue encouraging people to move into the building where
Polly and I are neighbors, in Adams Point. Currently I believe there's
a 1 bedroom for $945 or so. More than I could afford. Across the
street there's a 2 bedroom for $1195.
