[NewMusic] music crap and other crap sale?

I'd be open to joining in on a yard sale. I have a slew of things I'd want to sell as I do not have enough to a sale for myself. So I'd be happy to join in. Count me in. I'm sure Mr. Alan Anzalone would be into it as well. I'm in and I am sure there'll be others on the list who will do it.

Well, I have about 15 years of music-related detritus I never use,
ranging from toy instruments to real instruments to things like cd
jewel cases and a paper cutter (from my DIY cd art days). Some things,
like a printer and DSL modem, could be useful to non-artists too.

Most of this stuff would probably be valuable in the right hands, so I
don't want to throw it away. On the other hand, my attempts to sell
things online result in me agreeing to be home between x and x hours,
waiting for someone to flake on me. So... I'm thinking yard sale,
except about 1/2 the items would have a tag that says, "Free - just
take it".

...Except wouldn't it be cool if others wanted to do the same thing?
Would anyone else want to band together for such a thing? This would
be just like the events held at 21 Grand from time to time, except
it'd be ok to bring non-musical stuff to sell too.

Anyone interested?

Matt
