Thanks, Michael! I knew Bill was a jazz fan but didn't know he'd played
drums.
I remember going to the Playboy Jazz Fest at the Hollywood Bowl as a teen,
Bill would be the MC, and sit in a lounge chair just off stage and watch the
whole damn thing, all day, even through the somewhat outside-jazz acts.

I remember clearly his introduction of;

"Weather...ReeeePort."

"Weather........ReeeeeePort."
