[NewMusic] dc hum when recording?

I'm trying to use a condensor mic needing phantom power with an ART tube-MP pre-amp.  There is more than acceptable DC hum like it's not grounded (it even buzzes if you touch the mic).  I have two different mics but they both need phantom and it's buzzing with both.  Anybody know a way to get rid of this?
