really? there's fodder for me to argue against the place? I'll have to look into this...
you shouldn't encourage me to be so cynical...
I never looked into it, basically because there isn't a thing in the entire store that I would buy, it's all really flimsy and nothing in there looks good on fat people...(my usual response to friends telling me that was a "good" company was always "great, a socially aware company that makes absolutely nothing that I want")

another uninformed writer scribbling away on the topic of san francisco, culture and economics.

this piece says nothing about the fact that the owner of the chain has rough sex with ALL of his female models (before during and after the photo shoots, which the owner does himself...but hey - diy), and that the chain has a creepy reputation. over and over again, that's the one of the central complaints that i hear waged against american apparel.
