European free improvisers Frederic Blondy (piano)
and Le Quan Ninh (percussion) have worked together
for 7 years. They have developed an intimate
collaborative language that moves from extreme
smoothness to crude energy, building sonic
features with electronic, spectral, and concrete
components. Their recent activities led to the
realization of a splendid recording released on
POTLACH, which received enthusiastic reviews in
Europe as well as North America.
