[NewMusicEvents] NORCAL NOISEFEST 2007

Could you please tell me more about the type of music?  I am interested in
attending events that are more experimental music, not rock music.  Also,
I will *not* want to attend the events that are of the loud volume
variety.  Thank you for any recommendations about which events I would
enjoy.
