Ok, this is certainly the most ambitious menu of the almost 2 years
of this series of dinner/concerts. Tea lovers will rejoice at this
one; Donna and Nez of http://chadoen.com have supplied me with some
truly amazing high quality green teas from Japan and oolongs and
jasmine teas from China. All dishes will have tea as an ingredient
and Nez and Donna will be serving many different teas through the
evening.

kinds of tea and roasted rice))

(seaweed), toasted sesame seeds with a stock made from kombu, shitake
and genmaicha

this tea!)

gyokuro tea leaves with shoyu
