Terran Olson studied music at Hampshire College, and spent the following years working on records with maudlin of the Well, Kayo Dot, and Autumn Tears. He completed an MA in Composition at Mills College in 2005, and has remained at Mills to pursue an MFA in Electronic Music and Recording Media.
