Mills is located immediately off of Highway 580 in Oakland at the junction of 580 (MacArthur Freeway) and Highway 13 (Warren Freeway), approximately seven miles from the Bay Bridge.
From the North: Take I-580 east (MacArthur Freeway) toward Hayward-Stockton. Take the MacArthur Blvd. exit between the High St. and Seminary Ave. exits. Bear right onto MacArthur Blvd.; Mills' front gate is immediately ahead on your left.
From the South: Take I-580 west to the MacArthur Blvd./High St. exit just past the junction with Highway 13. Turn left at the stop sign and proceed under the freeway overpass. Turn left at the stoplight onto MacArthur Blvd. Mills' front gate is immediately ahead on your left.
